CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To make sure your piece(s) remain in pristine condition, please treat with care.

Items should always be returned to their box or bag after use, and especially for travelling. Please store your necklace securely so that it does not become scratched or scuffed. 

I have done my best to provide packaging that is useful, reusable, easily identifiable and small but solid.

Within the box please find my contact card for when/if any maintenance is required, eg a restring, or other, and an anti-tarnish cloth. The cloth will give the necklace, clasp and stones an extra brightness and shine. It is advised before use, to run it over the necklace and stones/crystals.

Perfume and lotions should be applied at least 30 minutes before you put the necklace on and the item has contact with your skin.

If you use a cleaning liquid eg silver dip, for a clasp, please ensure that after, you wash all the area properly with fresh water and then gently towel dry.

It is not advised to wash the necklace all the time. However, occasionally it can be put in clean fresh water (no soaps or detergents) and then gently dried with a towel.

For pieces that are individually knotted on coloured silk, please avoid getting wet.
